Hello, World

I am now entering the world of blogging. I'm not sure anyone will ever read this but at least it's good therapy for me. In the future I will post observations, opinions, and interesting tidbits that have to do with conflict resolution. It will also be a prelude to when I begin my hoped for podcast--Conflict Clinic, a broadcast that takes existing real conflicts and coaches the person in options for resolution. I hope to be doing this sometime in 2007. But prior to creating these podcasts, I will need to create a new web site where they can be stored. All in good time.

As a professional conflict manager who is struggling to find the profession of conflict management, I find that writing about this field is very helpful. It pinpoints where the issues are and allows me to vent at the same time. And so I look forward to using this blog to this purpose.
